Jude’s Muesli

Mix 1 cup of each:

Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans, Brazil Nuts, Hazelnuts, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds,

Add 1 cup of each:

Lecithin, Linseed Meal, Psyllium, Rice Bran, Oat Bran, Sultanas.

Add 1 Pack of Rolled Oats

Refrigerate

Recipe says: Serve ½ cup Muesli with Soy, rice or skin milk, ½ cup natural yoghurt & ½ cup Blueberries

I serve with just low fat yoghurt
