Peel evenly sized potatoes and put into an oven dish (approx enough for 4 people)
Mix the following ingredients together:
1tbsp Instant Chicken Stock 1tbsp Dijon Mustard 1tbsp oil 1/2 cup water 200mls UHT Cream Garlic(optional)
Pour over the potatoes and cook covered with foil until tender. If you have a grill, grill top till golden. I don’t have a grill so I just remove the foil and cook a while longer uncovered.
